How to Enter All entries should be submitted through the online form available at www.BeverageDynamics.com/apawards. Please note specifi c preparation instructions for each category, since different information and images may be required. Credit card payments will be required as part of the online entry process. You will receive an email confi rmation with receipt for your reference. All entries become the property of Beverage Dynamics. Deadline for submission is 5 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2015. Recognition Entry form information will be used for award certifi cates and publication of winners in Beverage Dynamics.. Each entrant is responsible for supplying full and accurate information. Agencies submitting materials on behalf of clients are responsible for notifying client of participation in the program. Entry Fee The entry fee is $175 per entry and is non-refundable.
