webinar content they have just viewed. We've been using this style for nearly a year and the results are overwhelmingly in favor of this approach to webinars. We are also in the process of turning all webinar content into subject-specific, Internet-based self-study programs. This will not be an interactive learning product but will be one that can be used at the convenience of the student rather than on a specific schedule. We will offer nearly 60 subject-specific self-study pro- grams in 2016. Each will run about 75 minutes and conclude with a 20-question multiple choice questionnaire. This will allow us to make sure the learner is being supported by great teaching. That is the Internet version of the "lights go on in people's eyes" I mentioned earlier. Finally, we have certification programs available for parts and service management and supervision. This takes the form of an Internet-based learning product as well. We have four programs each for parts and service. They cover the foundation, customer focus, performance excel- lence, and market potential. There are 18 chapters of learning across the complete program. There is a 20-question multiple choice questionnaire at the end of each chapter and a final- unit questionnaire as well. We're excited to be able to offer all of these programs to the NGWA membership. Together, NGWA and Learning Without Scars are working to finalize continuing education units to apply to our products, which will be one more benefit of these programs. I encourage you to explore our website www.learningwith outscars.com to see all of what we have to offer to each and every one of you. I look forward to having you join us in a learning program. I sincerely believe one of the most important obligations we have to ourselves is to continue in our development, or to use a common phrase: "Be all that you can be." The time is now.
