CUSTOM ITEMS Dynasty Profiles donates fence materials to "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" project for a caring Charlotte, N.C. family CHARLOTTE, N.C. – When Dy- nasty Profiles learned that a customer, WamBam Fence, was supplying a vinyl fence for the popular ABC TV show Extreme Makeover: Home Edi- tion, Dynasty owner Harold Brandan immediately decided to contribute. "This show builds homes for de- serving families in need, so I was happy to help donate to the project," said Brandan. The home required almost 400 lin- eal feet of vinyl privacy fence and six gates, so it was no small project. how to operate everything in their new home. "I have to admit that what they raved most about was their fence. The Friday family was chosen for this build in the greater Charlotte area. The Fridays have fostered more than 30 children, and last Spring they fostered a boy who showed them a video of his four siblings, all split up by the system. Declaring that a family should never be split up, the Fridays adopted all five children. Because their home was too small, the Fridays were forced to convert their carport into bedrooms to make space for the children. This is when Extreme Makeover: Home Edition stepped in. With the help of an army of volunteers, the Friday's existing home was demolished and a new one was built in less than a week. The show will air in December of 2012 as a Christmas special. After the build was complete, the builder met with the family to go over ufacturer of vinyl extrusions, pre-fab- ricated panels and vinyl accessories.
