This year, the HVOEC will honor the work of Joe D'Aprile, territory manager in Eastern New York for Sweeney Rogers Geraghty. A new addition to the SRGI team, he has a long and successful track record of HVAC design and sales, and strategic sales planning. RHODE ISLAND From PGANE: Rhode Island Sales Tax Exemptions The RI General Assembly passed a bill at the end of the legislative session that repealed the sales tax for commercial and industrial customers on all heating fuels, and all uses of electricity and gas.
