On Oct. 24, 2015, members and support-
ers of the Hudson Valley Oil & Energy
Council will once again join together for
our organization's biggest fundraiser,
the Annual Person of the Year Dinner
Dance.
This year, the HVOEC will honor the
work of Joe D'Aprile, territory manager
in Eastern New York for Sweeney Rogers
Geraghty. A new addition to the SRGI
team, he has a long and successful track
record of HVAC design and sales, and
strategic sales planning. HVOEC will
honor his achievements with a donation
to a charity of his choice.
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Anthony's

Dinner Dance will be attended by guests
representing energy retailers, home com-
fort companies and associated businesses
throughout the Hudson Valley region.

HVOEC, and its 25 past Person of the
Year honorees. The night promises to

Island Sales Tax Exemptions
The RI General Assembly passed a bill at the
end of the legislative session that repealed
the sales tax for commercial and industrial
customers on all heating fuels, and all uses
of electricity and gas. This will save your
restaurant and other commercial accounts
