These rums, available nationally, were distilled using traditionally harvested sugar cane before lengthy aging in American oak barrels. Both present deep colors, and scents of vanilla, sherry and molasses, according to the company, along with bold, layered and complex flavors. $49/$59 (750-ml.) www.35maplestreet.com PENDLETON MIDNIGHT WHISKY Hood River Distillers has expanded its Pendleton Whisky portfolio with the introduction of Pendleton Midnight, a premium, 90-proof Canadian whisky. Added complexity and fruit-forward characteristics are achieved through aging a portion of the blend in American brandy barrels, the company says. The result is a 90-proof, oak barrel-aged whisky. Available in select markets, Pendleton Midnight will retail for about $34.99 for a 750-ml bottle. $34.99 (750-ml.) www.hrdspirits.com X-RATED PEACH BLUSH X-Rated Fusion Liqueur has introduced X-Rated Fusion Liqueur Peach Blush. The third in the X-Rated Fusion Liqueur portfolio, Peach Blush is a fusion of ultra-premium vodka and ripe peaches mixed with citrus and honey, the company says. This liqueur blends well with club soda or champagne. Peach Blush is 34 proof. $24.99 (750-ml.) www.xratedfusion.com WILDLING RED WINE McWilliam's Wine Group has released Wildling premium red wine, sourced in large part from 40-year-old, untrellised vines, the company says. The inclusion of premium grape varieties such as petit verdot allows the winemakers to compose a unique flavor profile, the company says. Wildling is a blend of shiraz, petit verdot and cabernet sauvignon grapes—sourced from the warm climate region of Griffith in South Eastern Australia—with an ABV of 13.5%. $14.99 www.mcwilliams.com.au UNFILTERED BLONDE CHARDONNAY Real Housewife Brandi Glanville has joined the beverage industry with the release of her first wine, Unfiltered Blonde, in partnership with Tyson and Jenni Rippey of the Rippey Wine Company. This 2013 Un- filtered Blonde Chardonnay was produced in Sonoma County and one vineyard in the Yountville appellation of Napa Valley. Tasting notes for the Chardonnay include aromas of pear and apple mingled with sweet and toasty vanilla, the company says. The palate is bright with succulent fruit flavors and oak notes. $15 (750-ml.) www.unfilteredblonde.com WYOMING WHISKEY Wyoming Whiskey tries to break the traditional mold of where whiskey is produced and how it is produced, the company says. They are making the spirit without a master distiller, with non- GMO (genetically modified organisms), and locally sourced Wyoming ingredi- ents. Water for the recipe is sourced from a mile-deep, limestone aquifer. $49.99 (750-ml.) www.wyomingwhiskey.com
