The Marcus Center Grounds features food and beverage by Sazama's Fine Catering at their River's Edge Patio. Options include Friday Fish Fry, Spanferkel on Saturday and German breakfast on Sunday morning. Also Saz's serves pulled pork, chicken sandwiches, grilled jumbo brats on pretzel rolls and chicken schnitzel sandwiches.
