He founded Tea & Coffee Asia in 1999, and in 2012 he founded STiR Tea & Coffee. Before joining STiR Tea & Coffee , Dan edited Specialty Coffee Retailer and was publisher of Tea Magazine and World Tea News. He is a consultant, frequent speaker, and blogs at Tea-Biz.com.
