The dining room faces lakeside, with floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views. The à la carte brunch menu features con- temporary breakfast and lunch fare, for appetites both hearty and petite. Brunch served Sunday 11am-4pm, with a special holiday brunch planned Sunday, Dec. 13, with 10:30am & 12:30pm seatings. 2 3 4 5 1. Chicken & Waffles served with dark rum maple syrup and fresh fruit from Milwaukee Ale House. 2. Custom omelets served up with ribs at Saz's State House. 3. Stuffed French Toast from Zak's prepared with Clock Shadow Creamery maple quark cheese. 4. Butcher's Skillet from Hōm Wood Fired Grill with specialty cut meats from Hidden Creek Farm in London, Wis. 5. Eggs Benedict from Café Calatrava features mortadella, Asiago cheese bread, basil hollandaise and pistachio garnish. HŌM WOOD FIRED GRILL Part of the SURG Restaurant Group, the two Hōm Wood Fired Grill restaurants are conveniently located just north (Glendale) and west (Brookfield) of downtown Milwaukee. Hōm offers a menu rich with locally sourced ingredients. The Glendale location at the Bay- shore Town Center opens at 11am for lunch Monday-Saturday, and Sunday from 10am-2pm for brunch, serving Wisconsin brunch classics, bottomless mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar with all of the fixings. COUNTY CLARE Brunch at County Clare includes options like the Full Irish Break- fast: fried eggs, Irish breakfast sausages, black & white pudding, Irish bacon, grilled tomato, sau- téed mushrooms, brown bread and choice of potato. Try Bubble n' Squeak (pan fried mashed potatoes with cabbage and bacon). Brunch served 9am-2pm Saturday and Sunday. The res- taurant and pub are open 4-9pm Christmas Eve. Christmas Day the restaurant is closed and the pub is open 5pm-11pm. New Year's Eve the restaurant is open 4-10pm and the pub is open 3pm-2am. On New Year's Day brunch is served 10am-4pm and dinner 4-10pm, with the pub open 10am-10pm.
