The 40-minute tour is narrated by Milwaukee Downtown's Public Service Ambassadors. Rides are $1 per person and depart from The Shops of Grand Ave- nue's Center Court, 3rd Street and Wisconsin Avenue, 275 W. Wis- consin Ave., where the Festival Warming House is located. Discounted parking is available in the attached structure. The Jingle Bus will not operate on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Milwaukee Downtown, Business Improvement District #21 is the organization responsible for the procurement, installment and maintenance of these decorations. The organization was established in 1998 to support the interests of the downtown Milwaukee business community. Created through private sector leadership, Milwaukee Downtown is a management district organization that oversees 120 square blocks representing approximately 400 property owners in the center of downtown Milwaukee. The organization funds specific initiatives aimed at creating a clean, safe and friendly downtown. Downtown's light displays and plethora of lively events get families into the holiday spirit. Each season, the Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival decorates these parks with larger-than-life animated sculptures. 1 COMMUNITY SPIRIT PARK Cathedral Square Park, 520 E. Wells St. Nearly 70 schools and more than 2,000 students decorate trees with a class theme, represented with handmade ornaments. Presented by Columbia St. Mary's, Madison Medical Affiliates, Ideal Property Management and Milwaukee County Parks. 2 HOLIDAY PALACE PARK Pere Marquette Park, 900 N. Plankinton Ave. Fit for the finest princes and princesses, this fairytale land features toy soldiers, a unicorn and a wizard, plus a giant Santa and larger-than-life candy canes. Presented by Zilber Property Group and Milwaukee County Parks. 3 TOY CHEST PARK Zeidler Union Square, 301 W. Michigan St. Santa's most requested gifts come to life – giant red teddy bear, jack-in-the-box, rag doll, and holiday train, plane and helicopter.
