In November, the Aggregates Industry Outlook (AIO) jumped nearly 7 percent against October, to an overall score of 130.99. The increase came on the heels of news that the House of Representatives passed a six-year bill to spend up to $325 billion on transportation projects. At press time, the House and Senate had appointed conferees from each chamber to reconcile the House bill (the Surface Transportation Reauthorization and Reform Act of 2015) and the Senate bill (the Developing a Reliable and Innovative Vision for the Economy Act).
