NMMA declined to comment on the suit via a spokesperson. The village's new suit says the area is designated by the county for "parks and recreation" use and the show violates that designation as a commercial event. With the show being held at the Miami Marine Stadium site, the public is excluded from using the area, the suit says. Key Biscayne Mayor Mayra Peña Lindsay told the Miami Herald that there is no need for the event to use public waterfront: "There are many, many venues in Miami-Dade County where they would do extremely well," she said. The show moved to Virginia Key this year because of long-term construction planned for its previous home at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Boat show organizers have repeatedly said that no other venue in Miami was large enough to handle the entire show. ONEWATER ADDS SUNDANCE MARINE Atlanta-based OneWater Marine Holdings, LLC, has added SunDance Ma- rine, with five dealerships on the East Coast of Florida, as the first phase of its growth plans for the Sunshine State. Joe Clawges and Mitch Milesi, co-founders and former owners of SunDance will continue to operate SunDance as a division of OneWater Marine Holdings. "Joe and Mitch have spent 36 years building a powerful presence in South Flor- ida," said Austin Singleton, CEO of OneWater Marine Holdings. "SunDance is a great complement to our portfolio of existing dealerships and is a significant first step in our aggressive push into Florida." "We're excited to join an organization with such aggressive expansion and growth plans," said Milesi. "Joining OneWater allows us to introduce new offer- ings to our loyal employees and amazing customers that wouldn't be possible if we remained independent." SunDance Marine will continue to operate each of its locations under its current name and with its personnel, and will continue to offer Regal, Formula, Ranger, Tidewater, Stingray and Albury Brothers boats.
