JUDGE: KEY BISCAYNE'S MIAMI BOAT SHOW LAWSUIT CAN PROCEED A Miami-Dade judge has ruled that the village of Key Biscayne's lawsuit against the city of Miami over the Miami International Boat Show can continue. The judge denied a motion by the city to dismiss a village lawsuit challeng- ing the city's creation and use of the Miami Marine Stadium Park and Basin for the boat show. The city had argued that the suit should be dismissed on the grounds that the village lacks standing and that Key Biscayne's claims were insufficient grounds for a lawsuit. The village has also filed an additional suit against Miami-Dade County claiming the county violated its development rules when approving the boat show for Miami Marine Stadium Park and Basin. A lawsuit filed against NMMA was dismissed by a judge late last year. 2015 Brand 2014 2013 1 Sea Ray 1 1 2 Beneteau 3 5 3 Bayliner 2 2 4 Jeanneau 5 9 5 Chaparral 4 3 6 Boston Whaler 6 4 7 Four Winns 7 8 8 Regal 8 7 9 Bavaria 20 27 10 Carver 9 6 2015 Brand 2014 2013 11 Yamaha 12 20 12 Azimut 13 14 13 Formula 11 11 14 Sunseeker 17 15 15 Fairline 23 23 16 Crownline 15 12 17 Rinker 14 13 18 Grady-White 16 18 19 Wellcraft 10 10 20 Hunter 19 21
