Many regions posted sales growth in the double digits for the 12-month rolling period. The Dallas- Fort Worth region posted the largest sales growth at 26.47 percent, followed by Grand Rapids, Mich., at 23.61 percent. Sales in Birmingham, Ala., were also above 20 percent, growing 20.87 percent year-over- year. Sales in Charlotte-Gastonia, N.C., were not far behind at 19.06 percent.
