celebrations Sara Myers and Ben Clary The engagement between Sara Myers and Ben Clary was full of surprises. Not only did the proposal come from Sara (following an Irish leap-year day tradition), but after Ben said "Yes," Sara revealed that the event was already booked—and just weeks away! The pair wed April 14 at the Goodman Com- munity Center. Sara is the daughter of Jackie and Steve Myers. Ben is the son of Susan and Jeff Martinson and Richard and Laurie Clary. Nicole Carnes and Jens Housley met in middle school, became sweethearts in high school, and in college, during a scenic hike with friends, happily agreed to become husband and wife. The pair headed to the altar Sept. 10 at First United Methodist Church in Fort Atkinson. Nicole is the daughter of Laura and James Carnes. Jens is the son of Tracy and Scott Housley. Not only did they meet through mutual pals, when it came time to propose, Steven got down on bended knee with his best (four-legged) friend at his side. The couple became husband and wife July 16 in a ceremony on the Monona Terrace rooftop. Kelly is the daughter of Mary and John Gruber. Steven is the son of Susan and Ray Lewis.
