This an- nual event continues to deliver high-quality programming and unparalleled networking op- portunities. For the last three years, this meeting has been an industry destination for anyone in- volved with manufactured home communities whether as an owner/manager, manufacturer service provider, broker, lender or consult- ant. The Fall Leadership Forum offers a strate- gic look at executive issues facing the business of manufactured home communities. In addition to traditional industry topics, this event will also feature timely content on the impact of the U.S. presidential election, and the nation's economy. Session offerings will include a moderated panel discussion titled "State of the Market: Community Financing Trends in 2016 & Be- yond" which will examine trends in community financing, acquisitions, and deals in the mar- ket. Another session will explore the notion of "big data" within manufactured home portfolios while "The Worst Deal I Ever Did" session will be a moderated discussion of best practices that were learned when things didn't go as planned. Keynote speaker Neil Newhouse is a partner and co-founder of Public Opinion Strategies, a national political and public affairs research firm which has been described by the New York Times as "the leading Republican polling com- pany" in the country. Neil has twice been named "Pollster of the Year" by the American Association of Political Consultants and was lead pollster for Gov. Mitt Romney's 2012 Presidential campaign. Nationally acclaimed economist Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D., will pro- vide his commentary on the overall U.S. econ- omy and housing trends. This meeting offers strategic content to ex- plore new ideas, examine new trends, and offer unique perspective with programming not found at any other industry meeting. With 2 nights/1.5 days of programming, this event's low "out of office" time provides for high-im- pact ideas for your business. As with last year, we hope you will work with us in promoting this annual event. We saturate the market and our message is always a variation on the same theme…The Louisville Show provides the means to increased profits, greater productivity, and a stronger com- petitive posture." By coming to Louisville, participants can assemble the components of a plan that will overwhelm the competition in the Midwest and help them be the leaders in the region's manufactured housing industry. "When you exhibit at Louisville, you will give buyers the luxury of an actual walk-through of your home, service or product in a unique, hands-on environment," Hill noted. "You will be able to relate to your customer base, understanding their wants and needs, as well as answer- ing on-the-spot questions or concerns. This is a great opportunity for your business to get a grasp on where the future of the industry is headed." It's critically important to sign up now, because space will be at a pre- mium in a matter of weeks…if not days. The Louisville Show is your best bet in 2017…if you're ready for the challenge of winning new customers! We need your quick response so we can begin moving forward. Be- tween now and Show time, I will personally do everything possible to make the 2017 Show work to your benefit. If you have any questions about the Show, don't hesitate to call.
