aced with the dismantling of the Washington State liquor control system, and buffeted by various state governments threatening the same, the membership of the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association used the forum of its 75th National Conference to underline the importance of the benefits that beverage alcohol control systems bring to its member states and the millions of citizens that they serve.
