Underhill Gulp Ultramax Plus
Gulp Ultramax Plus, the first suction pump
that completely disassembles for easy
maintenance, is now available from Underhill
International. The Underhill hand pump is
used for quick cleanup of water-soaked areas
on turf and landscape, including valve boxes
and sprinklers. Three models are featured: 36-
inch length with 72-inch hose; 21-inch length
with 18-inch hose; and 12-ounce syringe
version. The UltraMax Plus O-ring and wiper
seal, head assembly and intake foot/filter are
all removable for maintenance. Replacement
parts are available. An ergonomically designed
handle allows comfortable operation and
a smooth, self-priming action draws in an
extra high volume of water. UltraMax Plus
is constructed with a clear, heavy-duty high strength polycarbonate
cylinder body and aluminum grade pump shaft. A sure-fit discharge hose
connector stays intact during all clean outs. Underhill manufactures an
expanding line of turf care products, including Mirage Series long-throw
sprinklers, wetting agents, Flo-Pro injection systems, 2Wire controllers
and converters, Profile solid-metal nozzles and more.
Watertronics adds
quickship option to
WaterMax 5000 Series
Setting the standard for 25 years,
Watertronics, a Lindsay Company,
has led the way in development of
self-enclosed pumping systems for
commercial landscape irrigation.
The latest addition to the company's
product line is the WaterMax 5000Q
— a quickship version of the popular
5000 series. "The WaterMax 5000Q
features the same high-quality design,
controls and popular options customers
expect, but delivers in 3 weeks," said Boyd Rose, marketing director.
Ideal for suction lift, boost or flooded intake applications, the WaterMax
5000Q offers reliable pumping for various water sources, including
lakes, ponds or boosted city supply. The durable, tamper resistant,
self-enclosed station includes proprietary VFD control software for precise
and efficient pump control at varying flow rates. Optional WaterVision
Cloud remote monitoring is available, and units are pre-tested to
performance requirements prior to shipment.
