The new color technology will seamlessly reproduce the appearance of natural materials, while maintaining the benefits of conventional dry concrete products. The new Provence Slabs emulate the appearance of Pennsylvania Bluestone and Midwestern Ledgerock without the hassles and inefficiencies involved in installing natural stone. The innovative surface coating will also enhance the product coloring and elevate its protection against stains and efflorescence. Belgard also debuted NooN, a new wood look within the Belgard collection of porcelain pavers. The glossy new collection combines the warmth of natural wood with the elegance of glossy wood, while maintaining the technical charac- teristics of Mirage porcelain stoneware. NooN is offered in two plank sizes and four colors — Daylight, Ember, Honey and Charcoal. Due to NooN's success and demand in the interior world, Belgard has decided to extend the product line to the exterior. Bobcat M2-Series This fall, Bobcat Company is expanding on the popularity of its current M-Series loaders by introducing the new M2-Series skid-steer, compact track and all-wheel-steer loaders. M2-Series compact loaders offer a variety of performance, operator comfort and visibility enhancements to help increase operator productivity and provide enhanced uptime protection. The M2- Series lineup includes Bobcat 400-, 500-, 600-, 700- and 800-frame-size skid- steer, compact track and all-wheel steer loaders. Altogether, the M2-Series includes 24 skid-steer, compact track and all-wheel steer models. For added convenience, Bobcat compact loader operators can now turn the automatic ride control option on or off from inside the cab for added convenience. Operators can press a switch to toggle between auto and off. When the auto mode is selected, the system will work at any travel speed. The ride control function is automatically activated by detecting increased hydraulic lift arm pressure when the loader is carrying material. It will deactivate when hydraulic lift arm pressure is reduced — such as when there is no load in a bucket. In addition, operators have the ability to turn it off for tasks such as back dragging. A new reversing fan option available for M2-Series loaders allows operators to temporarily reverse the cooling fan direction — for several seconds — to blow dust and small debris from the radiator and rear screens. This M2-Series loader option helps minimize downtime and can reduce the cooling area cleaning frequency. M2-Series loaders have been improved to increase operator comfort thanks to new front and rear cab isolators, door seals and side screen dampers. These design elements reduce noise, vibration and dust inside the loader cab. Also, a new lift cylinder cushioning feature slows down the loader arms before they reach the lift arm stops for smoother movements and increased operator comfort. Briggs & Stratton introduces new Vanguard Oil Guard System Briggs & Stratton Commercial Power introduced the Vanguard Oil Guard System to its Vanguard 810 and Big Block commercial engine series. The Vanguard Oil Guard System is a first-of-its-kind solution for the commercial turf market that offers major productivity gains by allowing landscape contractors to operate a commercial mower for 500 hours between oil changes. Initially, the new technology will be available on Ferris brand mowers. "Ferris takes pride in designing equipment that helps landscape contractors increase productivity, and the Oil Guard System certainly raises the bar on how productive a landscape contractor can be on any given day," said Phil Wenzel, vice president of commercial products at Briggs & Stratton, which includes the Ferris brand. "The Oil Guard System is both revolutionary, yet simple. It increases maintenance intervals by five times, which means fewer oil changes and less downtime, so Ferris owners and operators can keep cutting." The Vanguard Oil Guard System continuously exchanges oil between the engine and a large remote oil reservoir located external to the engine. It's a revolutionary design for a commercial mower that protects engine oil from thermal breakdown, which extends maintenance intervals of the oil, and produces a cooler-running engine. And because operators have direct access to the oil filter and drain tube, changing the oil is quicker, easier and mess-free. The result is a more productive commercial zero-turn mower. "Pairing the Vanguard Oil Guard System with Ferris is a perfect fit," said Rick Zeckmeister, vice president of marketing and planning at Briggs & Stratton. "This technology will alter the oil change forever, but at its core the system is about productivity — and that is precisely what Ferris has in mind when designing all of its commercial mower models." Contractors operating a Ferris commercial mower with a Vanguard EFI engine featuring the Oil Guard System will increase their recommended oil change intervals from the current 100-hour interval to 500 hours, thereby decreasing their oil change labor and replacement filter costs — by more than 60 percent per season — while increasing productivity because it can be kept out in the field cutting for longer periods of time. The Vanguard Oil Guard System is a factory-integrated technology, not an aftermarket add-on, so the 3-year commercial engine limited warranty in its entirety applies. Ferris will have the Oil Guard System integrated into its Commercial models for the 2017 season. Ferris models with the Oil Guard System integrated include the IS 3200Z, IS 2100Z, F320Z, F210Z, SRS Z2 (stand- on), and FW35 (wide-area walk-behind). Briggs & Stratton also introduced Vanguard 100% Synthetic 15W-50 engine oil. Vanguard Oil is a full-synthetic 15W-50 small engine oil designed for demanding commercial engine applications. It offers less oil consumption, longer oil life compared to a semi-synthetic or mineral-based oil product. Zinc ingredient provides anti-wear protection from metal engine components. High- quality detergent assures lower engine deposits as engine oil wears. Vanguard Oil is warranty-certified and suitable for use in air-cooled 4-cycle small engines. It is recommended for use in lawn and garden equipment and pressure washers. Briggs & Stratton Corporation also featured the 3,600 max psi/2.5 max gpm Pro Series commercial-grade pressure washer. Powered by a Vanguard 6.5-gross-hp. engine, the pressure washer is designed to give contractors enough power for a variety of cleaning jobs, such as maintaining valuable equipment such as a riding lawn mower or pressure washing a client's siding. The pressure washer is protected by the TransportGuard System, which is a simultaneous fuel and ignition shut-off designed to protect the engine from oil and fuel dilution during transit to and from the job site. The unit gives contractors a
