Turn out for the event was great, with dealers, technicians, and in- stallers from all over the Seattle area taking in the meeting and seminar, Mathis reported. "In spite of a time limitation, it seems like the information was well received. Several positive comments were received after the presentation," he said. Representatives from The Door Works took home the door prize, an E-Z Detector Checker. "BD Loops prides ourselves on our commitment to education and im- proving the gate and door industry and we have been visiting distributor and manufacturer locations to present our 'Everything You Need to Know About Loops' seminar for over four years," said BD Loops general manager Brian Dickson. BD Loops recently developed "A Class-In-A-Box" which allows dis- tributors to present the same "Every- thing You Need to Know About Loops" seminar on their own, Dickson said. This seminar program gives dis- © tributors access to teaching aids in- cluding the PowerPoint presentation, give-away items, educational displays, and handouts.
