Each arm on the Tyler mega de-icer is 50 feet long and shoots out more than 4,000 gallons of a rock salt type solution to keep the airport runways ice-free. Greg Morrison, with Mack's Anchorage dealer CMI, says they provide the Macks with de-icers at airports in Deadhorse, Fairbanks, Anchorage and Ketchikan. Done. What's Next?
