The sales department at Desmasdon's Boat Works grew by 18 percent in 2015, which funneled more business throughout the entire organization. 2015 brought the highest CSI scores in Dockside Marine's history, leading to a record high number of referrals. Don's Marine saw a 30 percent increase in overall sales in 2015. Dry Dock Marine Center increased its overall revenue, while also increasing its gross and net profi t by 9 percent. Freedom Powersports and Marine was named the fourth fastest growing business in Dallas by the Dallas Business Journal and SMU Cox School of Business. Futrell Marine acquired Hydrolife Sports in 2015, adding the MasterCraft line to the dealership, which helped increase revenue. Gage Marine added a full-time, year-round summer manager that does a number of other jobs, which avoids rehiring and retraining a new person each year and provides better customer service.
