This rum features a blend of spirits matured for eight to 15 years. Each bottle comes in a keepsake wooden box with a booklet that will take readers through the history of rum's inception in Barbados. A portion of the sales of every bottle sold will be donated to the Barbados Museum and Historical Society to support its efforts in conserving the history and culture of Barbados, the company says. 63% ABV. The redesign offers a clear differentiation be- tween product expressions. Package changes include refreshed premium bottle structures, cork closures and new labels with high quality paper, copper foil and matte fi nishes. The most notable changes affect Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, which features a new shor ter and wider glass structure with a heavy base. An offset wrap around label completes this new design, intended to distinguish this expression as an ultra-premium offering. URL: www.woodfordreserve.com GEMMA DI LUNA MOSCATO Enovation Brands, Inc. has announced the introduction of Gemma di Luna Moscato to its product lineup. Gemma di Luna is a Italian sparkling wine made from Moscato grapes grown in Italy's Piemonte region. It "boasts a fuller effervescence than the gentle frizzante style typical of moscato for a fully sparkling or 'spumante' quality," the company says. Flavors include juicy grape notes and fresh fruit fl avors of nectarine, peach and apple, balanced by acidity. 7.5% ABV. SRP: $16.99 per 750-ml. bottle DOGFISH HEAD OLDE SCHOOL BARLEYWINE This seasonal barleywine was fi rst launched in 2002 and is returning to shelves just now. Olde School has a sweet, velvety, complex fl avor profi le, the company says. Clocking in at about 15% ABV (with 85 IBUs), this barley- wine is an ideal candidate for cellaring. Over time, the beer dries out, which allows the pit fruit fl avors to come forward and the hops to recede into the background. As it matures, Olde School develops oxidative characteristics, including honey and toffee fl avors and aromas, and lessened bitterness. ChocolateSideCar produces 1/3-oz. gourmet chocolate discs with notches so that they can sit on the rims of most glass or drinkware. Each piece is handmade using Belgian chocolate. They can be colorized with custom designs. New fl avors for 2017 include: Back Slappin'Jalapeno, Red Eye Espresso, Chunky Salty Caramel, Cardomon and Razzin' Raspberry Rose. These bottles are part of a global collection of just 200 bottles that have been issued over the last four years. The fi nal bottles will also be the fi rst of a six-part annu- al Bowmore 50 Year Old Collection Series. Bow- more 1961 50 Year Old, 40.7% ABV, has hints of black truffl es and tropical fruits that support the warm, smoky spirit, the company says. This comes in a hand- blown bottle, and is housed within a handmade cabinet crafted in Scottish Elmwood by master carpenter Peter Toaig. These prestige Côtes du Rhône Villages of- ferings are the Organic Côtes du Rhône Villages Rouge 2015 (SRP: $14.99 per 750-ml. bottle) and a Côtes du Rhône Villages Puyméras Rouge 2014 (SRP: $17.99). With growing interest in village and cru-level classifi ed wines from regions such as Beaujolais, Les Dauphins believes that the timing is perfect for showcasing the Côtes du Rhône Villages appellation. Les Dauphins Organic Côtes du Rhône Village Rouge 2015 is Grenache (60%), Syrah (30%), Mouvèdre (5%) and Carignan (5%).
