The C16 Cat pushes 2,000 horsepower to the flywheel, and it has PDI's electronic tun- ing kit, aftermarket cam, aftermarket pistons and three turbos. It was built by the same crew that built Wittwer's other National Championship-winning truck, including Jeb Howard, who shows the truck. The paint scheme shows well, Wittwer says, even though it's not PDI's standard blue. Wittwer and company took the truck's old cab and sleeper off, shortened the frame and added the C16. It qualified for the National Championship at the Truckin' for Kids show in September.
