Windsor Castle is a royal resi- dence at Windsor in the English coun- ty of Berkshire, west of London, while Buckingham Palace is the London residence and administrative head- quarters of the reigning monarch of the United Kingdom. The barriers at Windsor are de- signed to protect the Changing of the Guard ceremony popular with tour- ists, the Daily Mail reported. Additional security and yellow metal gates have also been put in place outside Buckingham Palace to prevent a vehicle from intruding. Thames Valley police chief con- stable Dave Hardcastle said there had been no evidence of a threat to Wind- sor Castle, but recent events had high- lighted the need for added security. Security has been beefed-up across the capital in the wake of the Westminster terror attack, but some of the toughest barriers have been put out near the Queen's palace, the Daily Mail said. The bright arches, as well as steel barriers on The Mall, a major road in the City of Westminster, appeared virtually overnight on the paved area linking Green Park and Constitution Hill. But the best part is that this good attitude promoted a better attitude. Bottom lines and paychecks improved and these days everybody is happier coming to work in the morning once again. A positive attitude is one of the most important things that you can bring to work with you. In fact it is critical. "You gotta believe baby… in yourself and your company!"
