Oak Hammock Manufactured Home Com- munity in Bartow, FL received a loan of $2,310,000. It is a 4 star retirement commu- nity built in 1985.OakHammock contains 103 sites on 14.64 acres. Occupancy is 100% with 75% doublewide and the remainder being good quality singlewides. Amenities include a club- house, swimming pool with spa, shuffleboard courts, laundry, and RV storage. J.
