Networking News St. Mary's Hospital announced the return of Kristin McMan- mon, as vice president/COO. McManmon, who holds a master's degree in health care administration, previously worked as vice president of operations for St. Mary's. Becky Petersen has opened Kula Yoga & Wellness in Cottage Grove. The community yoga center offers classes for all ages and will feature unique options such as aerial yoga. Local indie rocker and music director for Girls Rock Camp Madison, Beth Kille, released her second solo album, a compilation of Americana rock tunes. Kille, a veteran songwriter, issued her first solo album in December 2010. Local women and businesses on the move Hilldale Shopping Center announced the addition of three stores: lululemon athletica, a yoga- inspired apparel company with another location on Monroe Street; Scooops Kid Spa Salon, an ice cream-themed day spa for girls; and Twigs, a locally owned fashion boutique that also has another location on Monroe Street. Sarah Pecor was recently promoted to executive director of continuing and distance education at Concordia Univer- sity Wisconsin. In her new role, Pecor will manage all aspects of CUW's online courses and programs. Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau welcomed new hires Kristin Wensing, as director of partnership and development, and Constance Samuels, as sales manager. Both women bring a proven track record to the organization and market. $60,000 The amount of grant dollars awarded to Roberta Strigel, M.S., M.D., an assistant professor at UW-Madison and Gui Su, Ph.D., an assistant scientist at UW-Madison. Awarded by the Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation, the grants will support their ongoing efforts to research issues related to women's health and promote leadership for women in academic medicine.
