Scott says: Kick the Tires! Dear Drivers, If you were to kick the tires of your company what would you find? Would you find a carrier who is of the highest quality, has good tread and not needing air? Or would you find a half deflated one, that goes flat when kicked and doesn't stand up to the test. Don't you think you should look at your carrier to see what kind of quality company they are? - Are they paying at the top of the of the industry, or are they trying to skate by with paying you less than what you are worth? - Are they committed to selling freight to get you great quality and consistency of freight, or are they distracted selling brokerage freight which doesn't keep you moving? - Are they investing in new equipment and the best technology to support you, or are they holding off on those investments in hope of better days to come? - Are they walking the talk in safety, keeping your CSA scores spotless, dispatching you safely and legally? Not all carriers are alike, some offer more than others but you and your future should be important to the carrier you are with.
