52 • JULY 2018 • WORLD FENCE NEWS who is boss! I soak a bucket of corn in three quarts of "Old Red Eye" whiskey and put it on the ground. The next after- noon, the pig is there as usual. I swear he is smirking at me! Course, it could be an optical illusion in the half light. Anyway, I don't dare light a cigarette; Gawd, them fumes was strong! Probably flatten a half mile all round if they blew! The pig staggers as they hit him… He starts eating a half hour later. I'm zonked on the fumes, he's zonked on the booze. I see two of him, and I never even touched the stuff! As he's staggering in circles, the customer ties him up, and loads him and me on the truck. Off we go, the pig happily grunting and snorting, and me giggling. I bet he had one hell of a hangover in the morning! Fencer doesn't know where to turn when "boar-dom" sets in continued from page 46 As part of an ongoing and long-standing series, World Fence News offers this "snapshot" of build- ing ordinances which affect fence in- stallations from municipalities across the United States and Canada, includ- ing those in historic districts, which often have their own requirements.
