CHAIRMAN'S COMMENTS Relationships Through P&CMA are Important Assets A s I write this article today, it is just 8 days from Christmas. I find it hard to focus on business as it has been just three days since the tragic death of 26 people in Connecticut. I think about what really matters in this race we are all running, the race of life. I think about those families and how their life can be changed in just minutes. I think about how difficult it will be for those people to recover, and realize they never will. I'm reminded of how blessed and thankful I am for the relationships with my family and friends. tickets. I want to also remind you that this money is used for college scholarships for children of employees of P&CMA member companies. I think there are some key takeaways that we can use in our association. I think our best assets are the relationships we develop with both individuals and companies within our industry. I am convinced that the relationships I have developed would not have been possible without the P&CMA. These relationships with member companies are the most important assets we have. I do not take these relationships for granted. It is my opinion that you cannot develop these relationships without attending the functions of this organization, i.e. convention, Food & Fuel Expo, golf tournament, and annual meeting. I would argue that this is your time well spent. Sincerely, In closing, I would urge you to participate as much as possible in the P&CMA. I would encourage you to let me know how the associate board and its members can better serve this association. The associate board's main objective is to raise money through selling tickets to the educational draw down. Our goal every year is to sell 400 tickets.
