2013 Winter Management Trip I n February, 46 association members traveled to the beautiful Sandals Emerald Bay Resort in Exuma, Bahamas, taking part in the association's annual Winter Management Trip. The trip, which celebrated its 14th year in 2013, has seen attendance as high as 128 and as low as 28 with attendees visiting places like Aruba, Belize, Cancun, Turks & Caicos, Lake Tahoe and Punta Cana. Although the trip may be considered more of a vacation than business, countless number of business opportunities and relationships have been formed, developed and cemented because of the friendships and networking opportunities created by the Winter Management Trip.
