As the season's change so do the tap handles. New Belgium's newest summer seasonal Rolle Bolle's sessionability is a pleasant pairing for Brass Ring's lean Buffalo Burger. This beer, named for the timeless Belgium yard game, is a hybrid between a fruit ale and a blonde ale. Brewed with Monk Fruit (sweet herbal fruit) and Soursop (exotic tart citric fruit) it is well balanced with a gentle amount of hops. Rolle Bolle cuts through the rich bourbon glaze of the burger releasing its sweet succulent flavors. The subtle acidity from the Monk Fruit and Soursop really pump up the umami flavors captured in the mushrooms and lean bison patty which is grass fed and completely hormone free.
