New & Improved New RDS-15 Horizontal Impact Crushing Plant from IROCK Crushers Built for versatility and efficiency, the RDS-15 is a compact crushing and screening system powered by the 350-horsepower Caterpillar C-9 ACERT Tier 3 engine. The plant provides increased efficiency and the precision to produce a uniform product processing up to 350 tons per hour (TPH) making it ideal for processing smaller materials, such as reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP). With the entire plant self-contained and with on-board power supplying full plant operation, the unit features three outlets for powering optional auxiliary conveyors to sort and stack processed materials. In addition, a PT Tech electronic hydraulic clutch reduces power loss and increases fuel efficiency. A closed circuit design gives operators the option to recirculate material requiring further sizing of material. By closing the unit's flop gate, the two decks can feed onto its 24-inch return conveyor, which drops the material back into the crusher enabling for increased production. The machine features a 5-by-14-foot double-deck huck-bolted screen frame. Opening its flop gate allows the machine to process, screen and separate up to three different sizes of materials. The unit features a heavy-duty, Introducing the Carbide Cutter G3 Planer Carbide For more information visit www.irockcrushers.com THE NExT GENERATION THREE GENERATIONS OF CUTTING EDGE INNOVATION Standard Carbide 40-inch by 14-foot vibrating grizzly feeder within a fulllength fabricated steel plate hopper. Its two-step, tapered grizzly removes fines and only allows materials that need to be sized into the crusher, thus reducing potential wear. Operators have the option to add IROCK's Hydraset Hopper with the unit being compact and light enough to be transported without the removal of the hopper. The hydraset hopper is designed to hydraulically attach and remove the hopper/feeder unit in one piece, which can be done by one person and not requiring the use of an outside lifting device. IROCK's exclusive ROCK BOX uses a shelf system with AR-400 steel wear bar. An alternative to discharge chutes found on similar units, the ROCK BOX allows crushed material to build up and act as a wear line for reducing maintenance and cutting down on costly labor and wear parts. With field-proven rugged durability, the refined and balanced design of the Carbide Cutter G3 has made it the "gold standard" in the vegetation management industry. With the newest generation, Loftness has incorporated the latest power drive systems and cutting tooth technologies. Quadco Planer Blade Loftness has engineered a line of carbide-tipped and heat-treated steel teeth specifically for the G3. See page 8 for details.
