DRINK CULTURE PRODUCTS CORDIALS AND LIQUEURS Heaven Hill Distilleries has unveiled a new apple pie offering for its Fulton's Harvest seasonal liqueur brand. Fulton's Harvest Apple Pie Cream liqueur combines apple pie flavors with notes of cinnamon and caramel, the company says. The 12.5% ABV entry will be available through November for a suggested retail price of $10.99 per 750-ml. bottle. Casa 1921 has unveiled 1921 Tequila Cream, which pairs the soft flavor of cream with its 100% blue agave blanco tequila. The product boasts a complex flavor bouquet, rich in baking spices such as caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and notes of honey, milk chocolate and coffee, the company says. The 30-proof tequila cream liqueur is available for a suggested retail price of $29.99 for a 750-ml. bottle. Kahlúa has launched its latest seasonally inspired flavor, Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice. The autumn offering features a seasonal twist of natural pumpkin and fragrant spices blended with 100% Arabica coffee and sugarcane rum, according to the company. Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice is 20% ABV and will be available through Dec. 31 for a suggested retail price of $17.99 for a 750-ml. bottle. Baileys has announced a new addition to its portfolio: Vanilla Cinnamon. The new liqueur has a distinct flavor profile of warm vanilla with a strong, smooth finish of cinnamon spices, the company says, and it blends well with any base spirit for a delicious mixed shot or cocktail. Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon will be available nationwide as of September for a suggest price of $21 per 750-ml. bottle. www.cheersonline.com GIN/VODKA Phillips Distilling Company has expanded its Prairie Organic portfolio of spirits with Prairie Organic Gin and Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka. The company, which produces the Prairie Organic line in partnership with a co-op of more than 900 Minnesota farmers, describes the gin as light and refreshing, with herbal fragrances of mint and sage. The new vodka is handcrafted from a blend of cucumber essential oils, according to the company, and has an invigorating, clean finish. Both are priced at $19.99 a 750-ml. bottle. Anestasia vodka is a new handcrafted, American-made, ultra-premium spirit that launched in August. The vodka is made in a Bend, OR, facility that uses locally grown sweet corn and pure water; the bottle is a multifaceted crystal decanter-like sculpture designed by Karim Rashid and made with recycled glass. The product retails for a suggested price of $39 per 750-ml. bottle. COGNAC A. Hardy USA, Ltd. has introduced its new VSOP Organic Cognac. The cognac features aromas of fresh pear, vanilla and roasted hazelnuts, the company says, and it is certified "Organic" by Ecocert, meaning it contains all-natural ingredients and no chemical additives.
