and talent to make the project a success.
Stokes credited project manager Rider with
keeping everything running smoothly to ensure
that the Showcase Home finished on schedule.
"Keeping the project time-line was more
challenging than most homes," said Stokes.
"The showcase project was planned to include
the newest trendsetting features and materials.
The walk-in closet in the master suite
includes plenty of built-in cabinetry for
easy organization and ample storage.
Working with many of these new or unique
materials included unfamiliar processes and
different lead times. Add in an expanded roster
of trade partners looking to showcase their
newest products and you have the potential
for problems. However, Wesley remained at
the top of his game, managed the chaos and
completed the home on-time."
