Dreyer, longtime president of Ohio Petroleum Marketers Roger F. Dreyer, president of the Ohio Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association from 1962 to 2009, died on April 4, reported The Columbus Dispatch. He was 81. In 2007, Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA) awarded him its distinguished service award, the highest honor bestowed by PMAA. In 1969 he was appointed secretary on the Board of the Ohio Transportation Research Center, and he was later named chairman. The Hall of Fame honor individ- ual retailers and suppliers for excep- tional achievement in the conve- nience store industry and exemplary service to NYACS. Peter Conley, vice president of retail marketing with United Refining Company, oversees its Kwik Fill/Red Apple Division, which operates 160 locations in New York and 132 more in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Heavily involved in convenience store industry activities, Conley has served on the Board of the New York Association of Convenience Stores since 2005, was its 8 MAY/JUNE 2011 NPN Magazine n www.npnweb.com 2008-09 chairman, and is extremely active on its legislative committee. David Keeney is senior key account manager for the Syracuse Chain Division of RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co., servicing upstate New York and north- eastern Pennsylvania. He joined the NYACS Associate Board, an advisory body of leading convenience store suppliers, in 1998. David Keeney n Flying Eagle Truck Stop chooses FuelQuest for fuel management FuelQuest Inc., a software and services company for the downstream energy industry, announced a five-year con- tract with Flying Eagle Truck Stop.
