The OHC95 is an oil condensing highboy
furnace that is Energy Star qualified at 95%
AFUE. It has a firing rate of 75,000 BTUH
with up to 4 tons of A/C capacity. This

spiRit Gas FuRnaces
The Spirit line is Thermo Products, LLC's
economy furnace line. The new multi-
position compact 33-inch design supports
all configurations, upflow, horizontal left or
right and downflow with minimal conversion.
Available in three efficiencies to meet your
needs. The TG8S series is 80% AFUE, single-
stage with PSC blower. The TG9S series is
95.5% AFUE, single stage PSC blower and
the TP9C is 97.5% to 98% AFUE, modulating
with ECM blower. Inputs between 60,000 to
120,000 BTUH with 3 to 5 tons of cooling capacity.
