Ecolawn's new- generation applicator is a self-propelled, forward broadcast compost spreader. At 34-inches wide, it is designed for tight places other applicators find problematic, but will also do larger spaces with ease. Other impressive features are the new conveyor belt that's two full inches wider, the Vanguard 6.5 Briggs & Stratton engine that offers a 3-year warranty, its convenient lightweight heft (290 pounds), four convenient tie-down points, and its ergonomically redesigned controls for ease and comfort while operating. Lastly, this new generation spreader boasts an all-new improved polyurethane hopper (11.5 Cu Ft/ .333 Cu M) designed to eliminate bridging. BoBcat compact Excavator dEpth chEck systEm Bobcat compact excavator owners can increase performance, profitability and productivity by adding the new Bobcat Depth Check system option — a grade control system. The system is available for use with E32, E32i, E35, E35i, E42, E45, E50 and E55 models, with either standard or long-arm iterations. The Depth Check system is a kit that utilizes three sensors — one on the trenching or grading bucket, one on the arm and one on the boom — that are connected to the deluxe instrument panel inside the cab to track the precise location of the bucket teeth as the bucket, boom and arm move. The system can be calibrated to a specific machine, as well as its corresponding attachments — up to five buckets — using the excavator's boom and arm length, as well as a bucket tooth radius. Excavator operators simply access the Depth Check system screen in the deluxe instrument panel's menu bar, and can choose from multiple methods for using the Depth Check system. casE introducEs nEw largE-framE tr340 and tv380 tiEr 4 final ctls CASE Construction Equipment introduced the new TR340 and TV380 compact track loaders (CTLs): the first Tier 4 Final CTLs outfitted with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology. The TR340 rounds out the CASE lineup of large-frame CTLs, now providing customers with both a radial-lift (TR340) and vertical-lift (TV380) design to choose from in the larger footprint. This combination of size, strength and flotation is ideal in earthmoving applications that require low ground pressure/minimal ground disturbance. The new Tier 4 Final models feature best-in-class torque, breakout force and standard auxiliary hy- draulic flow, as well as the industry's widest cab with best-in-class 360-degree visibility. The new radial-lift TR340 weighs 10,000 pounds with a rated operating capacity (ROC) of 3,400 pounds and a bucket breakout force of 8,700 pounds. The vertical-lift TV380 weighs 10,550 pounds, provides 7,510 pounds of bucket breakout force and an ROC of 3,800 pounds. BoB-cat Quickcat stand-on mowEr BOB-CAT introduced its first stand-on mower, the BOB-CAT QuickCat. Featuring an ergo- nomic and nimble design that places the platform close to the drive axles, the QuickCat reduces vibration and rider fatigue to provide commercial operators and large-acreage homeowners with all-day comfort, stability and proven BOB-CAT performance. QuickCat comfort and performance features include: 8-mph mowing speed and 10.5-mph transport speed. Optimal operator station placement for excel- lent center of mass stability. Extra-large drive tires for a smoother ride and better traction. Low placement of the fuel tank for improved balance on uneven ground. Large 6.5-gallon fuel tank for all-day mowing without refueling. Compact size for nimble maneuvering in tight spaces and loading on trailers. True floating deck that improves cut quality and maintenance. Extra ground clearance to safely move on and off high curbs. Extra-strong DuraDeck mower deck, backed by a limited lifetime warranty. nEw vErmEEr ctx50 mini skid-stEEr Vermeer introduced the CTX50 mini skid-steer, featuring vertical lift arms that allow it to hoist more weight than a similarly sized machine with a radial lift path. It has a 600-pound ISO- rated operating capacity and a tipping capacity of 1,715 pounds. Vertical lift paths are de- signed to keep the load closer to the machine, allowing it to lift more than a similar-sized mini skid-steer with a radial lift path. A vertical lift path also provides a higher lift height, and the CTX50 has a full lift height of 72 inches. The CTX50 features a 25-hp. Kohler Command PRO electronic fuel-injected gasoline engine and utilizes a 4-pump hydraulic system. An enhanced operator's station features a single pilot-operated joystick. The CTX50 features 7-inch rubber tracks. What's NeW oN the Market?
