Provide any print/video materials created for the company that are
currently in use or relevant to the project or future videos. Having
these assets available will help us keep your brand identity consistent.

Voiceovers
Provide a full script for the voice over:
Can the information in the script change?
(e.g pay, bonuses, other incentives, dates, etc.)
What best describes the right voice to convey your message?
(What accent, age, gender, etc.)
What tone best suits the voice over?
(Is it a fast- paced sale? Does the tone of the voice over need to be
Calm/trusting, Wise/knowledgeable, etc.)
Do you already have a voice over available?
If so, the following formats would be acceptable: WAV, WMA, MP3,
MPEG or AAC.
Music
What type of music would work best for your video?
Through experience, we've learned what works with all other
variables in the video. During the process, we will send you samples
of the music, giving you an opportunity to confirm that it is what
you're looking for.
