About the cover: A crew from General Pump Co. in
Camarillo, California, installs a Johnson Screens Muni-Pak
inner liner in a well for the Goleta Water District, which is
just outside Santa Barbara. The screen is a stainless steel-
prepack utilized to reline the well to continue service to
the community during the drought plaguing the West. The
well has returned to service and is exceeding expectations.
