C-B Kenworth in Portland and Bangor, Maine, has been acquired by Joseph Alosa, president and CEO of Yankee Trucks, LLC and Green Moun- tain Kenworth. With the acquisition, the group of Alosa-owned companies will rebrand itself as New England Kenworth. West Texas Truck Centers, Around The Clock Freightliner and Freight- liner of Chattanooga/Knoxville have rebranded their family of dealerships as Premier Truck Group. M&K Truck Centers has acquired Wyoming, Mich.-based L&V Trailer Sales, Inc. Ontario-based Carrier Centers is now a dealer for Isuzu Trucks at its London dealership. Trailer Wizards has expanded its Delta, British Columbia, location to 13,500 sq. ft. with 24 service bays. Beaver Truck Centre has opened a new location in Brandon, Manitoba. Wastequip brand Galbreath has named Carolina Environmental Systems (CES) its exclusive equipment dealer for Georgia. Durham Truck & Equipment has opened a new Peterborough, Ontario, location. Volvo Debuts Mississippi Distribution Center Volvo Group has inaugurated its new 1,000,000 sq.-ft.-central distribution center (CDC) in Byhalia, Miss. The $70 million facility supports the com- pany's Mack and Volvo truck brands, as well as Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Penta. "The Volvo Group is pleased to offi cially open its new Central Distribution Center in By- halia," says Christer Svärd, senior vice president of Volvo Group Logistics Services. "The CDC will enable us to more effi ciently handle an in- creased volume of parts distribution, while also signifi cantly improving customer service."
