maturation tanks are sized at 15 gallons to 570 gallons in a variety of
shapes to fit into your cideries' foot print. Our heavyweight series of tanks are engineered for a
small amount of oxygen permeation similar to that of a neutral oak barrel; at 10mg per liter per
year. This allows for long term maturation when desired; add an oak adjunct to your tank and
achieve the same flavor profile as oak barrel aging for a fraction of the cost.
