Enartis has developed Enartis Pro FT for the protec- tion of primary aromas of thiolic varieties, and Enartis Pro XP for the protection of aromas and aromatic precursors of non-thiolic varieties. Enartis has also introduced two products for color stabilization of red wines: Enartis Tan E and Enartis Tan V. Miele Launches Next Gen Pro Dishwashers Miele Professional of Princeton, N.J., has launched the next generation of professional dishwashers that feature fast turnaround times, a sleek new design and advanced cleaning tech- nology. The PG 8061 offers short cycle times that are 20%-40% faster than previous models. A variable-speed heater-pump minimizes water consumption, while a new spray arm design produces fan shaped jets of water, resulting in better water coverage over dishes and glass- ware. Tekni-Plex Launches Wine Closure Liners Tekni-Plex Inc., of Wayne, Pa., has intro- duced a new laminated aluminum foil/foam barrier liner for roll-on pilfer proof (ROPP) wine closures. Tri-Vin liners from Tri-Seal sup- port wine aging and drinkability. The liners are designed to perform in the correct oxygen sensitivity range, allowing winemakers to cost- effectively maintain the drinkability window for consumers.
