Inventory and product availability have broadened and now include over 11,000 items, all in-stock and immediately available. Kit assembly and packaging has been upgraded and automated to improve product presentation and provide for quicker delivery. Even non-standard and special-order items can be easily developed and integrated into the systems for rapid support of all customer demands. Beginning in 2012, Bulldog's sales team was expanded with the support of its sister companies. In the US and Latin America, Hercules Sealing 3URGXFWVQRZVXSSRUWVDQGIXO¿OOV orders for the Bulldog Brand SURGXFWVIURPWKHLURI¿FHLQ Clearwater, Florida. In Canada, Bulldog Brand products are supported and locally stocked by Hercules Sealing Products- Canada, in both the Barrie, Ontario and Dorval, Quebec locations. Internationally, the teams at FPE Seals Ltd (UK) and FPE Seals BV (Netherlands) provide support to markets outside of the Americas. The addition of these sales teams has greatly improved customer support and enhanced Bulldog's partnership with its worldwide customers. As in the past, Bulldog's agents continue to support the team effort in select markets around the globe. As an example, Patriot Engineering Services continues to support Bulldog partners in the Middle East by enhancing the promotion of Bulldog Brand products with end users and streamlining the logistics surrounding product delivery to this region. Most recently, in September 2015, Bulldog relocated to a new facility in Tampa, Florida. The new facility, located at 8711 Florida Mining Boulevard, features almost 36,000 ft 2 of warehouse/production space and 3,500 ft 2 RIRI¿FHVSDFH 7KHEHQH¿WVRIWKLVQHZIDFLOLW\ are being quickly recognized. From the dock layouts to the 24' ceiling clearance, the facility itself has allowed Bulldog to structure LWVSURGXFWDQGSURFHVVÀRZVLQ ways unavailable in the past. This new layout immediately improved process throughput and reduced the effort involved in even the simplest tasks. In addition, much of the ROGLQHI¿FLHQWHTXLSPHQWKDVEHHQ upgraded with new technology that is more supportive of modern day production and distribution needs. The information technology structure was also reimagined for improved internal productivity, matched with a partner system for redundancy in case of emergency, and connected to the outside ZRUOGZLWKKLJKVSHHG¿EHURSWLF data lines. With this new facility, layout, and equipment, Bulldog LVQRZIXO¿OOLQJRUGHUVPRUH TXLFNO\DQGHI¿FLHQWO\WKDQLQ the past. Outside of the facility itself, the new Florida location SURYLGHVEHQH¿WVRILWVRZQ,W is only minutes from both FedEx and UPS facilities, providing for convenient parcel shipments to customers. It is also only a short drive from Hercules Sealing Products (Clearwater, FL) which allows for prompt replenishment of the stock supporting Bulldog's US customers.
