We have four floor and table event banners that can be loaned out to our courts for their Hearts and Hands project! Decorate your banner with your Hearts and Hands poster and pictures from your court, or the beneficiary of funds. Use magnets to hold items in place. You know who to call to reserve yours! (well, yes, it is the fraternal department at 800-344-6273 ext. 244!) Spring will be here soon, and with spring comes Diocesan Association meetings! Be prepared and start planning now! Remember, NCSF matches what our courts raise (up to $1,000) for the ReLiEF Award! Do something wonderful for someone in your area who is studying for religious life and hold a fundraiser that can be included in the matching funds! ATTENTION COURT OFFICERS: The 2015 year-end mailing will be sent in January 2016 to the recording secretaries only. A notification letter will be sent to court presidents with the 2016 calendar booklet only. It will be IMPERATIVE for court officers to meet and the forms to be distributed as needed. Please carefully go through the packet together as some deadline dates and information has changed. Court Officer Election (COE) reports, due April 15, 2016, must be received in the Home Office before any COE funds are released. Court Operating Expense checks will be distributed to courts by the end of April. Please contact the fraternal department if you have any concerns. Spirit Gear!
