result of challenging the status quo. But it is from a different perspective. It is the customer perspective. Take a look at what you do and see if there might be a better way to do it. If you don't think there is a better way than your current methods, then ask your customers what they want and need from you. Don't worry, they'll tell you. You can then determine if you can satisfy those needs or not. If the answer is no, then you need to find out what you have to do to excel at satisfying those needs. Then off you'll go to improvement. Off you go to becoming better at what you do. You leave "good" behind and become "better." It becomes straight ahead, straightforward. Good luck with getting better.
