Touring with the horses
Steven Loheac of Columbus, N.C., operates Loheac Horse Transportation
and uses this 1999 Kenworth W900 and 1997 Phoenix custom-made
15-horse trailer to move show horses on the East Coast. The truck is pow-
ered by a 500-hp Detroit Series 60 and an 18-speed. The trailer features a
closed-circuit TV system so Loheac can keep an eye on the horses on the
road.
Sleeping with auto parts
Mike O'Neill uses his 2006 Kenworth W900 with an 86-inch studio sleeper
to haul auto parts from Kentucky to Arizona and back. The truck is pow-
ered by a 550-hp Cummins and an 18-speed. O'Neill says the truck is a
work in progress.
