certificate to the person you want us to pay?
l Is the beneficiary listed on your certificate still living?
l Do you want the proceeds to go to your estate? Will you have
enough assets to require the court to probate your estate?
Have you checked the beneficiary designation
on your NCSF certificate lately?
If you have not, we suggest that you do.
Please review your beneficiary designation and make it easy
when the time comes. Call the Customer Care Department at
