The 4 Million Mile Men No one knows the road quite like CRST's 4 Million Mile Men, Ralph Potter and Adrian Sanders. After proudly accepting their awards for 4 million miles of safe driving with CRST, they both climb back into their respective semis ready for the next big haul. The father of two lovely girls, Ralph has been driving for CRST since Richard Nixon was first elected president - over 42 years ago. "When you make good money and people treat you right, why leave?" he asks. "[CRST] has been very good to me; I go when I want, I stay home when I want - why would I ever want to leave?" The native son of Tennessee says that his dispatcher is "one of the finest men I've ever worked with. He's an honest guy and what he tells you is always exactly how it is." As for Adrian, he knows the exact day he joined the ranks of CRST's finest, "June 7th, 1982," he says, "but I've been trucking for more than 34 years." He started driving for CRST because "back then, they were the only company willing to give me a chance for how young I was" he says, "If you're a new driver willing to work hard, they'll give you a chance, too. CRST has the opportunities available to make a lot of money for all kinds of drivers." Hailing from the beautifully wooded Cherryville, Missouri, Adrian loves to drive in his home state. "Here in Missouri we have all four seasons and the scenery is all there, too. It's central enough that I can haul freight anywhere in the country from here." The best part about driving in the Midwest is that it's close to home, where he can spend his muchearned home time with friends and family. Together, they have over 75 years of trucking experience and over 8 million miles to date.
