About the cover: Spafford and Sons Water Wells' GEFCO
30K drills in Roxbury, Vermont. The well is 305 feet deep with 60
feet of grouted casing and producing 6 gpm. The rock was green
schist, medium hard. Spafford and Sons had to construct a ramp
up to a small plateau to meet all the setback requirements for a
replacement water well. Photo courtesy Jeffrey Williams, MGWC,
CVCLD, vice president of Spafford and Sons in Jericho, Vermont.
Williams was the 2016 president of the National Ground Water
Association.
