Art Requirements Award Company of America accepts art in the following ways: email, mail, and cd rom. Utilizing email is the most quick and efficient means of transferring your artwork to us. All emails must include your name, your organization's name (if applicable) and phone number. Orders placed online will have a space provided with each item for attaching custom artwork. Standard art and screen charges stated for various items require camera-ready, black & white artwork (no copies or faxes). If touchups or custom art work is necessary, there will be additional charges. We will quote on artwork once it is received. Customer art work will be returned only if requested on the order. Deliveries within the continental U.S. may take up to 6 working days. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Time starts after we receive an order with approved artwork and does not include time in shipment. Additional Information RETURNS: Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Unopened stock merchandise may be returned for credit or refund less 20% restocking fee.
